Midland Heart awarded Customer Service Excellence standard
Midland Heart has been awarded the Cabinet Office’s prestigious Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Standard.
The Customer Service Excellence standard is an official UK standard for public sector organisations which measures delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude, with an emphasis placed on understanding customer’s needs.
The independent assessor found Midland Heart to be compliant in all areas and compliant plus in some due to our ethos to constantly improve our service for our customers.
