Following the success of Midland Heart’s apprenticeship scheme last year, we've been gearing up for new applications.
Last year 21 apprentices were appointed within support housing, older people’s services, communications and neighbourhood services.
A total of five of the apprentices have now been recruited to permanent positions within Midland Heart and three have secured jobs in the external social care sector.
If you would like the opportunity to gain valuable work and training experience, and achieve a recognised qualification at the same time, we’d like to hear from you.
