Our Customer Service Centre is open from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. If you are a customer and need to report an emergency repair out of these hours, call the normal number and your enquiry will be dealt with.
Our rent payment department is open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you would like to pay your rent outside of these hours you can do so- click here to see how.
