Customer queries
If you are a customer and you have a query that relates to repairs, complaints or any other part of your service, please continue to contact us or report your query in the usual ways. Doing this will result in the best level of service from us. These ways are also governed by our service standards meaning you know when you can expect a reply and the sort of action we will take.
