Description

Helen Dixon House is a supported housing scheme that aims to support the individual to achieve positive outcomes for the future.
This is temporary supported accommodation with a maximum stay of three months.
This service is available for single females over 21 years. This service is provided for up to 3 months.  There are 12 bedsit rooms for customers to possibly stay for a further 6 months.
Helen Dixon House offers accommodation for 42 people, in a range of single rooms with shared kitchens and bathrooms, bedsits with shared bathroom and self contained flats.
We have communal facilities including two TV lounges, one with computers, a dining room area attached to the lounge with a training kitchen and shared laundry and bathroom facilities.   
The flats consist of a lounge, bedroom, kitchen and/or a shower and bath.  They are equipped with furniture including: single bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, fridge, table and a chair where possible.

Are you eligible to apply?

A referral for this supported housing scheme can be made on your behalf through a referring agency such as SIFA Fireside. (0121 766 1700). You can also be referred through agencies working with you such as Probation, Social Services and Substance Misuse Support Agencies etc.
