    James Bagnall Foyer is a 20 bed scheme for people aged 18-64 years who are willing to engage with employment, education and training opportunities whilst living at the scheme.

    The accommodation comprises of 20 single en-suite bedrooms with kitchen. There is a Training Room, I.T. Suite, TV Lounge and Laundry facility on site. There is also a large training kitchen and dining room.  The maximum length of stay is 2 years. The service is staffed 24/7 and staff provide housing related support to enable customers to gain the skills required to move on to independent living. Our support workers assist with a range of support services, including budgeting skills, accessing local services, employment, education, training, benefits advice and other life skills. There are 14 fully furnished transition flats to those who are ready to live independently.  Customers in transition flats must have the skills to live independently but will have access to a Housing officer if they require assistance.

Are you eligible to apply?

Referrals are taken via Housing Vulnerable People Service Community Care Unit, Sandwell Homes, Dartmouth House, Sandwell Road, West Bromwich, B70 8TQ         

Referrals can be made direct to scheme but referrals from Sandwell Homes may have priority. 

Customers are required to complete a risk and needs assessment and affordability assessment before an offer of accommodation can be made.
