    Lancaster Street offer a variety of quality furnished accommodation which provides 24 hour intensive support, 7 days per week, including waking night support.

    We provide a package of support that is defined by the customer and is designed to meet each individual’s unique set of needs. We also work in conjunction with both statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that people have access to flexible packages of support designed to move with and adapt as the person moves through the service and into long term appropriate accommodation. The service is open to men only and are between the  age of 25-50 who believe they have a variety of complex needs. This could include some or all of the following: substance misuse, alcohol issues, mental health needs, offending backgrounds. This may also include those who have a history of serial exclusion from support and/or accommodation services.

Referrals to the service are accepted via Birmingham.Complexneeds@Midlandheart.org.uk

Referrals can also be made via Probation, Mental Health Service, HM Prison services and other external sources. The service is funded through Supporting People.
