Wolverhampton Complex Needs Mental Health Service works in partnership with Wolverhampton Supporting People to provide a Complex Needs Service to adults who have been excluded from other services due to their challenging and/or complex needs.

    Wolverhampton Complex Needs Mental Health Service works in partnership with Wolverhampton Supporting People to provide a Complex Needs Service to adults who have been excluded from other services due to their challenging and/or complex needs.
    We operate a two stage service: Our Wolverhampton based supported housing service accommodates 6 people in quality shared accommodation who require 24 hour 7 days a week intensive support.  As people progress, they have the opportunity to move on to one of seven independent flats situated across Wolverhampton with intensive floating support. Customers are then supported further to move to their own permanent accommodation within an area of their choice .

For the Complex Needs element of our service, referrals are accepted via internal and external services such as Probation, Mental Health Service, HM Prison services  and other external agencies via wmhcn@midlandheart.org.uk. The service is funded through Supporting People.
