Volunteering

At Midland Heart we believe that volunteering can be really rewarding. As a volunteer, whether you are placed in a shop, an office, a bakery, or other workplace, you can learn new skills. You may find the experience motivating and fulfilling as something that gives you a real sense of achievement.

Volunteers often find they feel part of a special community where they meet new people and make friends, developing new interests or hobbies as a result of their experiences. Most of all, volunteers find on the whole, that their chances of getting paid work increase as a result of their volunteering activity.

We have a number of volunteering opportunities here at Midland Heart so if you are interested, click on the links below to view the descriptions of what is involved and who to get in touch with if you would like to volunteer.
