Site Supervisor - Social Housing Programmes

Temporary to Permanent position 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Previous experience in this supervisory position is essential.
To ensure the day to day processes are applied in a consistent and pro-active manner.Plan, develop and review staff performance in respect of objectives and accountabilities. Ensure all reports and data are kept up to date.To ensure that assigned contracts are delivered in-line with contract requirements and in order to meet business targets and budget expectations.
Must hold a valid, full driving licence.

Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Part time - 3 Days per week

Must have experience of working in a warehouse environment, and knowledge of kitchen, bathroom & plumbing accessories would be advantageous.
Will be dealing with goods in & out, delivering kitchen and bathroom materials to various sites, and associated tasks as required.
Must have a full, clean driving licence.

Multi Skilled Operative

Temporary to Permanent /40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Duties include refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms & voids in social housing sector.Experience of fitting kitchens & bathrooms is essential.He/she must be customer focussed.Must have clean licence and own transport, and will be working at different locations across the West Midlands.

Electrician

Hours: 40 hours per week 8 a.m.– 4.30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Must be qualified to 17th Edition standard, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing, and be NECEIC registered. Must have own transport & tools. Experience of working social housing would be advantageous.

Floorer

Hours: 40 hours per week 8 a.m.– 4.30 p.m Monday - Friday

Required for social housing refurbishment work in the Birmingham & surrounding area. Must have own vehicle and tools including own weld gun. Must be experienced in laying vinyl and sheet flooring.
Extra skills advantageous such as tiling & plastering.

Painter & Decorater

Hours:40 hours per week 8 a.m.– 4.30 p.m Monday - Friday

To be considered for this position, must have previous experience of working for a contractor or housing association, painting & decorating in domestic properties.
