Repairs to your home

We understand how important your home is to you, and repairs are an important part of keeping you house proud. Sometimes repairs can be needed due to general wear and tear or sometimes things just go wrong and need some extra attention. There are certain repairs and work that we simply can’t cover and both of these areas are explained in more detail within this section.

How do I report a repair?

Before reporting a repair you should check our Repair responsibility tool to understand what is your responsibility, or you can watch our short video. If you still need a repair you should contact us with the details.

When arriving at your home to carry out your repair, all of our staff and contractors should show you photo identification. If for any reason this doesn’t happen you should ask to see it and if you have any concerns please always check with us first by giving us a call.
