We offer accommodation, care and support for older people (over 55), younger people (16-25), people with mental health needs, people with learning disabilities and homeless people.
We have many homes available on a discounted rental scheme called Intermediate Market Rent (IMR). We will rent the property to you, usually for 6 months, but you will only pay 80% of market rent.
