This charming former school building in Foleshill, Coventry, has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use development, it is a thoughtfully laid out and entirely functional to the needs of business and life – specifically aimed at ‘clean’ businesses, such as graphic design, illustration, animation, photography, film and website design.
All tenancies will be issued on a rolling three year agreement.
