At Midland Heart we offer the opportunity to buy homes outright. Anyone can purchase one of these 'outright sale' properties, providing they have the mortgage approval in principal and can generally afford the purchase. There is no rent to pay, but there may be service charges to pay if the property enjoys communal facilities. The main cost of the home will be the mortgage repayments. As we are a responsible seller, please note that we do not sell to anyone who would require an interest only mortgage.
