Duplicate Direct Debit Payments

We are aware there are duplicate direct debit issues currently being experienced by some of our customers. All Pay LTD are investigating this for us and have assured us this will be resolved as soon as possible.

If you have been affected we would suggest you contact your bank and ask for the duplicate direct debit to be recalled, under the indemnity agreement with the direct debit guarantee. Please ensure only one payment amount is recalled otherwise you will need to make a manual payment, should you fall into arrears.

We are sorry if you have been affected by this error and will keep you updated as we work with All Pay on resolving the problem.
