Open Day at New Coventry Development
On Saturday 26th September Midland Heart’s newest development, Grove Lane will be opening its show home doors for the first time.
The £6 million development, located in Keresley End, Coventry has been built in partnership with Westleigh. In recent years, new builds, and in particular affordable housing in the Coventry area has been in high demand. This is the second development that Midland Heart has built in the area and the reception from the local community has been fantastic.
The open day will run from 11-3pm and will offer potential buyers a chance to look round the beautiful new 2 and 3 bed homes. A Sales Advisor and Independent Financial Advisor will be on hand at the open day to answer any questions people may have about Shared Ownership and take applications.
