In addition to providing accommodation for homeless and formerly homeless people we also offer a number of non-accommodation based support services.
Rough Sleeper Outreach Team
Our Rough Sleeper Outreach Team provides a street based outreach service across Birmingham in order to support individuals who are sleeping rough in accessing accommodation.
The Rough Sleeper Team can support with:
- accessing accommodation
- accessing benefits
- obtaining ID
- accessing health services

Our dedicated Floating Support team provides vital housing related support for people receiving treatment for drug and alcohol dependency in order to achieve independent, settled accommodation in the community.

Birmingham support service for offenders sourcing appropriate accommodation on leaving prison
Our Housing First services in Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and Stratford upon Avon support people sleeping on the street and help them directly into permanent accommodation, with comprehensive support tailored to meet their individual needs.
