Supporting homeless people
Our homeless services provide much more than just a bed for the night. Hear our customer’s paths to independence.
Being homeless is still part of our society and there is no single reason why someone can end up without a home.
For some people this can mean you may have to sleep rough on the street each night. But being homeless covers much more than this and can be hidden. You can be homeless if you sleep on a friend’s sofa or in someone’s spare room.
Whatever your circumstances our services are more than just providing you a bed for the night. We focus on helping customers learn the skills needed to maintain a home. For example, this might cover education training and employment, debt and job advice, or access to specialist services to help you reconnect with your family. We believe this is the best way to break the cycle of homelessness and is our goal for everyone we help.
If you would like find out more about the accommodation we provide for homeless people please go to find a home with support
We also provide a number of non-accommodation based services including an advice centre and direct support for rough sleepers across Birmingham.
