Chartered Institute of Housing’s (CIH) Presidential Commission on tackling diversity in leadership challenges. The programme will help to share and shape our ideas to create a more powerful, transparent and practical response to tackling this important issue.

Ruth explains  “The aim is to develop a more diverse talent pool through a targeted development programme with the offer of a guaranteed interview for future board or committee positions at Midland Heart. We are at the early stages of developing this programme – if your organisation would like to help shape and implement this programme with us I would very much welcome a conversation. We really need to find practical ways of making a difference.”
