Midland Heart has over 20 years of experience and is proud of its success in creating the most innovative extra care schemes in the Midlands. Midland Heart schemes are home to over 5000 older people who enjoy lifestyles based around our philosophy of remaining active and independent in later life.
Together, Midland Heart and Dudley Council are bringing the concept of extra care housing to Dudley. This partnered approach will develop five extra care housing schemes in the borough, one in each of the townships, by 2015. Work has already started on two schemes; Broad Meadow in Russells Hall and Willowfields in Coseley.
Extra care schemes offer an exceptional range of facilities which encourage residents to live life to the full and embrace new opportunities regardless of age or ability. Our outstanding designs and state of the art technology will create independent apartments in a safe and homely community. Residents can be part of an active, friendly community whilst having the assurance that care and support is available when required, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that no two people are the same and our person-led approach gives you the right support at the right time.
