Broxbourne House is a supported housing scheme for single females, aged 21 years and over. We offer Supporting People funded housing related support to enable people to move towards independent living.

The accommodation comprises of 12 furnished rooms spread over 3 floors. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer and cooker. A separate laundry room is located on the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with single bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, built in wardrobe, table & chair (where possible) and a single fridge freezer.
There is a shared shower room & toilet facility located on each floor.
The service is ‘step-down’ accommodation for women who require additional support to work towards independent living. Staff members are available during the day Monday to Friday. The scheme is staffed during the night 7 days a week. It is expected that you can demonstrate you are able to manage your accommodation without 24 hour support.
Staff members are generally on-site between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00 and 20:30 to 7:30. If support is required outside of these hours contact a member of staff at Long Street project on 0121 666 5555.
Are you eligible to apply?
A referral for this supported housing scheme can be made on your behalf through a referring agency such as SIFA Fireside. (0121 766 1700). You can also be referred through agencies working with you such as Probation, Social Services and Substance Misuse Support Agencies etc.
