Coventry Complex Needs
The Coventry Complex Needs Service support men and women aged 18 upwards who experience complex needs and multiple disadvantage which can lead to a chaotic lifestyle, which has led them to be serially excluded from other services
Coventry Complex Needs offer a variety of quality furnished accommodation which provides 24 hour intensive support, 7 days per week, including waking night support.
We provide a package of support that is defined by the customer and is designed to meet each individual’s unique set of needs. We also work in conjunction with both statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that people have access to flexible packages of support designed to move with and adapt as the person moves through the service and into long term appropriate accommodation.
The service is open to men and women aged over 18 years who have a variety of complex needs. This could include some or all of the following: substance misuse, alcohol issues, mental health needs, offending backgrounds.
This may also include those who have a history of serial exclusion from support and/or accommodation services.
