    We offer a supported housing scheme to enable people to move towards independent living. St Eugene’s Court comprises of 44 self-contained flats.

    We have communal facilities including two TV lounges, a computer in the reception area, a dining room and an extensive kitchen from which breakfast and evening meals are provided by catering staff. We also have shared laundry and bathroom facilities.

    The flats consist of a lounge, bedroom, kitchen and/or a shower and bath. They are equipped with furniture including: a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, fridge, table and a chair where possible.

    Staff work on a shift basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so there is always support available.

Are you eligible to apply?

A referral for this supported housing scheme can be made on your behalf through a referring agency such as SIFA Fireside. (0121 766 1700). You can also be referred through agencies working with you such as Probation, Social Services and Substance Misuse Support Agencies etc.
