Minimum 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English Grade 9 -4
Minimum 3 A-levels Grade B or above (at least one subject to be IT or Maths related) or equivalent qualification

A competitive salary of £18,000 per annum
A BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Control Surveying

You'll be based in our central Birmingham offices, the Degree is delivered in partnership with Wolverhampton University

What's the job?

You’ll be closely involved with building our new homes, making sure they’re safe, cost efficient and high quality. You’ll develop great professional relationships with contractors, designers, builders and engineers, focussing on the planning and construction phase of our new homes.

A day for you might involve making sure our building materials are the highest standard, carrying out site inspections and reporting back to the team.

On successful completion

You'll be a qualified Building Control Surveyor with a wealth of experience and a Bachelor's Degree. You'll also have professional membership with IFE (Institute of Fire Engineers) and CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building)

Meet the team

Every day is different in our team. From crunching numbers and dates to hard hats with steel toe boots it’s all being part of developing new homes for our residents. We make sure as a team we have regular catch-ups at the office and keep each other up to speed, it’s a great balance and there’s a really good team spirit.
