In order to deal with high demand over the winter months, we have a simple green, amber and red system. So that during busy periods or when our services are disrupted by bad weather, we can give you a clear and realistic timescales for completing your repair.
We will prioritise our most vulnerable customers and your situation will be assessed at the time of your call. The system will also be used in other exceptional circumstances that affect our ability to operate in the year such as floods and high winds.
