To deal with the winter months, we have a simple green, amber and red system. So during busy periods or when our service is disrupted by bad weather, we can give you a clear and realistic timescale for completing your repair.
We prioritise our most vulnerable customers and your situation will be assessed at the time of your call. The system will also be used in other exceptional circumstances that affect our ability to operate such as floods and high winds.
