Delivering top performing services for our customers
Throughout 2017/2018 we continued to see high levels of customer satisfaction across our key areas, including our repairs service and that our performance remains in the top three when compared to other similar Housing Associations.
The number of complaints we recieved per 1000 properties reduced.
We also noticed a slight change in some areas of performance which we will continue to focus on and aim for outstanding landlord services.
