Happy customerYour feedback is an important part of helping us choose our priorities for 2018/19. We want to focus on the things that matter most to our customers and we need your help to do this.

Our mission is to be a leading housing organisation, delivering homes and services across the Midlands that enable people to live independently. As part of this, we launched our Fit for the Future Corporate Plan to 2020, which helps both our customers and our staff understand our mission, what it means for them and the part they play in achieving it.

Over the last year, we have focused on transforming our operations, delivering the right homes in the right areas and finding new ways of working. This has helped us continue to deliver excellent customer services, services which are easy to access and provide value for money.

We are in a good position to move forward, remain strong and be prepared to face future challenges, but we know there is always more we can do.

We have been working hard to identify improvements and opportunities to make things better for our customers and our staff, and we want to hear your feedback. This is your chance to help shape the future of our services, so make sure your opinions and ideas are heard by completing our survey.
