We have lots of ways for customers to get involved at Midland Heart and are always looking for new people to take a fresh look at the homes and services we provide to you.
Our dedicated Customer Scrutiny Team works with a group of involved customers to help shape and improve the work we do. From piloting new services to mystery shopping, there is something for everyone depending on your interests. As well as working with just Midland Heart, there are opportunities to work on a national level and represent all housing association tenants across England.
The National Housing Federation are giving Midland Heart customers the opportunity to help shape the way housing associations listen to and work with tenants across the country.
As part of the ‘Together with Tenants’ plan, the Federation is creating a Tenant Advisory Panel to make sure customer voices are heard and influence the homes and services provided by landlords like us.
The panel is open to everyone living in a housing association home in England. You don’t need any previous experience, just a curious mind, a passion to improve things and a willingness to work well with others. The panel will meet four times a year in London and expenses will be paid.
