Customer Hub highly commended at industry awards

Our Customer Hub been awarded the 'highly commended' accolade in the Employee Engagement category at the Verint Engage EMEA Annual Customer Awards 2017. The team were also successfully shortlisted in the Customer Engagement category.256091_6

Utilising the Lagan system – a Verint product – the team currently resolve 93% of queries at the first point of contact and have been able to tailor their services they provide to customers. As well as improving customer experience, they have increased staff engagement by 30% and delivered over 2,000 hours of training and development for the team over the past year, generating opportunities within the team for progression.

Sarah Clarke, Operations Manager, said: “We are delighted that the team were recognised in two areas; customer and employee engagement. We are committed to not only putting our customers first, but also ensuring we engage with employees to improve everyone’s experience of Midland Heart.”

The team were shortlisted alongside big businesses like: Barclays, Barclaycard and Etihad Airways. Winners were announced at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 29 November at The Landmark London.
