Staff reward scheme shortlisted for industry award
Midland Heart’s human resources department has been shortlisted for the 2017 CIPD People Management Awards, considered among the most prestigious awards in the HR profession.
The department has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Reward Initiative’ category for work done on their employee reward scheme - Total Reward Strategy.
Director of HR, Bal Kang said: “We are extremely pleased to be have been shortlisted for this award and very proud of our total reward strategy, which has enabled us to really focus on employee satisfaction.”
The scheme has been recognised for adding value to the organisation by rewarding and recognising employee skills, behaviours and performances at an individual, team or organisational level.
Bal continued: “The CIPD’s name speaks for itself so to be in the running for best reward scheme is very encouraging. We are looking forward to the awards night in September, which I am sure will be a great occasion.”
Winners will be announced at an awards dinner on 26 September at Grosvenor House in London.
Delivered by the CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, in partnership with People Management magazine, the awards are the most prestigious in the industry, celebrating outstanding achievement in people management and learning development.
