Housing Management scoop top award
Last night our Housing Management team scooped a top spot at the Housing Heroes awards 2018 in the Best Customer Experience award category.

“The new housing management team should be very proud of their efforts to help us realise our ambition of delivering excellent customer service. The team’s passion and drive for continuous improvement through gaining direct feedback from our customers and other staff plays a significant part of this contribution.
“We had a very enjoyable evening at the ceremony, and are very proud to have had the teams hard work and dedication recognised.
The team were shortlisted for their work establishing our housing management service, which now encompasses three specialist teams of staff - the Customer Hub, People Team and Place Team. This is a move away from a traditional call centre and generic neighbourhood team model.
The tenth annual Housing Heroes Awards were held in Manchester and are organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing and Inside Housing.
Our Customer First strategy has transformed how we interact with our residents, resulting in higher levels of satisfaction both from customers and staff.
