Working together to keep our buildings safe
We work closely with our customers to ensure that they are safe and secure in their homes and as a landlord we do not underestimate our role in their safety.
The Hackitt report which was commissioned by government following the Grenfell Tower fire set out recommendations on the future regulatory system which was particularly focused on resident voice and responsibilities.
As part of this review we have fed back to a call for evidence of good practice on how residents and landlords can work together to keep homes and buildings safe.
Following the review we have already assessed the effectiveness of safety information given to our customers during our customer-led Fire Safety review and made further improvements based on their feedback.
Our customers feedback not only keeps residents safe, but importantly helps them to feel safe in their homes and play an integral role in ensuring our buildings stay safe.
