If you have forgotten your memorable date this can be reset from the Homes Direct log in screen by clicking “I have forgotten my memorable date”
Suspended Accounts- All applicants are required to review their applications following the message received every 12 months while holding an active account. You MUST check that your application is correct AND click 'Submit Form' on the final page, otherwise your application will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to bid for properties.
Closed Accounts - All applicants are required to review their applications following the message received every 12 months whilst holding an active account. If this review is not carried out the application will automatically close.
To continue bidding on eligible properties you must log in with your reference number and create a new Social Housing Application.
