The Crocodile Works is a mutli million pound project that will bring a new lease of life to the heart of the Newtown area in Birmingham. The development will create 168 affordable homes which will be available for sale and rent. The scheme is being developed by Midland Heart in partnership with Urban Living, Birmingham City Council and the Homes and Communities Agency.
