Our team

We’re made up of four Leasehold Property Officers, two Administrators, a Leasehold Manager and a Head of Mutuals and Leasehold.

The team cover all things related to leasehold, shared ownership, right to buy/right to acquire and a portfolio of commercial lets.

We’re here to listen to your feedback, answer any questions you may have and make sure you receive a brilliant service in your home.

Housing Advice Team

In addition to the Leasehold and Shared Ownership Team, we have a specialist team within our Customer Hub, called the Housing Advice Team, who are trained, skilled and knowledgeable about Leasehold and Shared Ownership.

They will be able to answer your questions and get the process started for you, when it comes to things like:

  • Staircasing
  • Lease extensions
  • Anti-social Behaviour
  • Right to Buy
  • Right to Acquire
  • Resales
  • General Enquiries
  • Service Charges

You can call a member of our dedicated team on 0345 60 20 540 and ask for the Housing Advice Team.

Who do I contact about my property/where I live?

If your enquiry relates to a repair, please report this directly to our Customer Hub on 0345 60 20 540

For any other enquiries, the best person to contact will always be your Leasehold Property Officer as they will have lots of information about matters that affect where you live. Leasehold Property Officers may be out and about on their patch but will return your correspondence as soon as they can.

If you are looking to sell your property, please contact the Resales and RTB/RTA Officers on resales@midlandheart.org.uk.

Alternatively, you can contact the below email addresses at any time. These email addresses are monitored regularly and therefore someone else in the team may be able to answer your query if your Leasehold Property Officer is unable to.

If you’d prefer to speak to someone, then please contact your Scheme Manager/Leasehold Property Officer directly or you can call our Customer Hub on 0345 60 20 540, where a colleague will take your details and pass these on to the relevant team for you to be contacted.
