We've put information about how we manage our social housing, covering things such as information and decisions about your home, your rent and our services all in one place. Here's what you’ll find and why you might want to take a look.
What is STAIRs?
STAIRs or Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements is a policy set by the government, for housing associations to give tenants access to information, about how we look after your home and run our services.
We've gathered it all on one page of our website.
What information is included?
You can find out about things like:
- where your rent and service charge go
- how quickly we fix repairs, and how we're doing on damp and mould
- the safety checks we do on gas, fire and electrics
- how many complaints we get and what we do about them
- who runs us, and how we make decisions
It's an honest picture. It shows where we're doing well and where we've got more to do.
