If you notice any structural issues, please let us know immediately so we can fix the problem and keep you safe. For example, if you notice damp in your ceiling, your roof might be damaged, and you should get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Other examples of a structure-related repair include:

  • Loose/damaged brickwork
  • The lift not working
  • Cracks in a wall

If you spot anything like this call us on 0345 60 20 540 and we’ll repair it.

Lifts

Lifts can be incredibly important, especially for those of us who are less mobile and can’t take the stairs, so every month, we service your lifts to make sure they’re working correctly and we do a LOLER inspection every 6 months. If you have any lifting equipment, we'll require access and will let you know when we need to inspect them.

You can help to look after them too by:

  1. Sticking to the weight limit of the lift
  2. Not blocking the door
  3. Reporting misuse and vandalism

These issues can happen when you’re moving home. We know how stressful that can be but it’s important to look after the lifts, because people in your building rely on them every day.

If you have any lift issues, please let us know by ringing 0345 60 20 540 and one of our specialist contractors can come out to repair it.

If a lift breaks down while you’re in it, use the lift alarm or call us on 0345 60 20 540.

If you or you know someone else that will struggle in the event of the lift not working, please contact us and arrangements can be made to assist or provide temporary accommodation if required.

Never use the lift if there is a fire.

If you need a repair or want to report a building safety concern for the first time, please ring our Hub on 0345 60 20 540, and we’ll book it in for you.
