That's why we're pleased to launch our new Sustainability Plan, Tenant-Led Sustainability. It’s our roadmap for making our homes warmer, more affordable to run and better for the environment from now until 2030.
Building on the progress we've already made, the plan supports our corporate plan, Tenants at Heart, which puts tenants at the centre of everything we do. Over the next four years, we’ll invest around £300million in our existing homes and deliver practical improvements aimed at further:
- Upgrading and modernising our homes
- Boosting energy efficiency and comfort, and;
- Reducing tenants’ energy bills
Our new Sustainability Plan marks the start of the next chapter in our journey towards continuing to reduce our environmental impact, strengthen communities and deliver better outcomes for our tenants.
