To do this, we need to take the time to understand how we can support you and tailor our services to your needs.
We’ve been arranging regular walk abouts in your neighbourhoods, hosting local community events and door knocking, but to take this further, we’ve created a short survey to find out how you feel about your area and to hear your feedback on how we can improve our support in your community.
Your feedback will also help us work more closely with local partners and organisations to improve neighbourhoods together.
Over the last two years, thousands of our tenants have shared their views with us to help shape Tenants at Heart. You told us what matters and now it’s our job to act on it.
We’re going to strengthen our approach to local neighbourhood management by having a bigger frontline presence and a stronger impact in the local areas where you live.
