Role: Administrator

As a Homeownership Administrator, I support behind the scenes to help the Homeownership team deliver the best possible service to our homeowners.

I also help monitor our shared inbox homeownership@midlandheart.org.uk, making sure the queries coming in reach the right person. 

Role: Homeownership Officer

As well as regularly visiting schemes within my patch across the East Midlands, I’m also a point of contact for homeowners with complex questions about their lease agreements.

Role: Homeownership Officer

I support homeowners with complex lease queries and make sure I’m regularly out in our communities. This helps homeowners feel safe, secure, and empowered, knowing they have someone they can talk to. You may have met me out and about in the Staffordshire area!

Role: Homeownership Officer

I help homeowners with complex lease queries and questions about their home, and regularly visit schemes in the Leicestershire area to carry out inspections. I previously worked in the Complaints team so I’m committed to making sure homeowners feel valued, heard, and supported.

Role: Homeownership Officer

I support homeowners across Coventry and Nuneaton with complex questions about their lease. I’m passionate about creating vibrant communities where everyone feels welcome. I do this by actively listening to residents’ needs. 

Role: Homeownership Officer

I’m currently on secondment as a Homeownership Officer, covering the Birmingham area. I make sure homeowners are at the heart of everything we do, supporting them with lease queries and helping them on their journey to owning more of their home through staircasing.

Role: Right to Buy and Resales Officer

I support shared owners who are looking to sell their home by working closely with the legal team to make it a smooth experience. I also process Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications.

Role: Senior Homeownership Officer

I support homeowners across the West Midlands with leasehold and estate management issues. As a Senior Homeownership Officer, I also support the Administrators with their workload to make sure we’re delivering a great service for residents.
