My Home is our new online tenant portal, which you can use to manage your account, pay your rent and book repairs.
If you'd like to enter our prize draw for a chance to win, here's what you have to do:
- Simply sign up to My Home
- Make sure your contact details are all up to date
- And that's it - you're officially entered into our prize draw!
The prize draw is open to all Midland Heart tenants aged 18 years or over and only one entry is allowed per tenant.
Deadline to enter is 11:59pm on Thursday 15th October 2026.
With My Home, you can:

All you have to do is sign up to My Home before the 15th October 2026 to be entered into the prize draw.
All 5 winners will each receive an 11-inch iPad Wi-Fi - 128GB in Blue.
The prize draw ends on the 15th October 2026 and we will then select our five winners at random by a draw.
The draw will take place on or before the 2nd November 2026 and the winners will be contacted by telephone or email.
No, you're only allowed to make one entry for the prize draw.
Entries made on behalf of another person or joint submissions will not be accepted.
