What's the Annual Performance Report?
Every year, we pull together a short, sharp overview of our performance over the previous financial year, as requested by you. This report covers April 2024 - March 2025.
It's really important for us to be honest and open with you, so you can see how we're handling the things that are important to you. In the report we take a look at our successes and show the impact they've had on tenants like you.
You'll find real examples of the lessons we've taken from your feedback and details of the commitments we've made to improve over the next year. We've also laid out how we spend the money we get from the rent you pay and how our management costs are broken down.

My Voice allows you to work closely with our Tenant Scrutiny Team. They will support you to shape our priorities and make improvements to the services we provide. By becoming one of our involved tenants your voice will make a difference!
