Become an Involved Tenant

As an Involved Tenant, your role is key to improving the services that we offer and you'll be making a real difference. There are now 7 different areas to My Voice with multiple different ways that you can get involved and give your feedback, even from the comfort of your sofa.

You'll be invited to take part in surveys, face to face meetings, online meetings, social media campaigns, business wide projects, one to one catch ups and much more and the best part is that you can choose what you'd like to get involved in, you're in control!

What's an Involved Tenant?

An Involved Tenant is a Midland Heart tenant that gets involved with My Voice and shares their feedback to improve the services we offer.

How much time does this involve?

It's completely up to you how much time you spend getting involved with My Voice. We have a range of ways you can get involved, all with different time commitments. 

You can also join meetings online via Microsoft Teams or in person. 

I can only do evenings

If only evenings work for you, just let us know by emailing our team on customerscrutiny@midlandheart.org.uk and we’ll work with you. 

I can’t make the meeting because of childcare

We can support you with covering the cost for your childcare arrangements, just let us know by emailing our team on customerscrutiny@midlandheart.org.uk  

Can you cover my travel expenses for the face-to-face meetings?

Yes, we can arrange travel for you or pay for your expenses when you’re attending a meeting in person.

I don’t want my photo taken

No problem – we will always ask for your permission first if you feel comfortable with any photos or videos being taken. 

Can I set up my own activities?

Yes, you can set up your own activities to review and discuss our policies and services which might sit outside of the My Voice framework.
