Creating opportunities by investing in our communities
We want our communities to thrive; not just through safe and affordable homes, but also by helping open doors to new opportunities. That’s why we’re sponsoring employability careers activities run by our suppliers.
These activities are designed to give the communities in which our tenants live a chance to build skills, grow in confidence, and explore routes into work. They might include training sessions, CV workshops or introductions to local employers.
Our role
Our part is to sponsor and support these opportunities, making sure they’re available to the communities in which our tenants live. The events themselves are planned and delivered by our suppliers and they take the lead on how each activity runs. While we can’t make any guarantees for those attending, we’re hopeful they provide a positive stepping stone for anyone looking to move forward in their careers.
