How long will it take to complete?

The survey is less than 2 sides of A4 and should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. It’s all information about you, so should be really quick and simple to fill in.

How is the information I share going to be used?

This data will be used to help us understand better who are tenants are and how we can better tailor our services to support them. Your data will only ever been used in aggregate form.

Can I answer the questions anonymously?

Unfortunately, because we’re using this survey to understand more about our tenants and who they are, we need you to fill in your personal details including name and unique person reference number (which we’ll give you in the letter).

How long have I got to complete the survey?

The survey will be open indefinitely, but the sooner you give us your information the sooner we can start to make meaningful changes that better suit you.

What happens if I complete the survey, but then change my mind about being involved?

If you no longer want us to store your data, you can call us on 0345 60 20 540 or get in touch with us on XXX

How will my answers and any other data be handled and stored?
