Chatham Place is a Retirement Living PLUS scheme located in Northfield just off the main high street where all of the shops are. It is six miles from Birmingham City Centre.

Chatham Place has 3 floors, all of which are accessible by a lift and has 11 one-bedroom and 53 two-bedroom flats. Chatham Place has shared ownership properties as well as flats to rent. Specialising in accommodation for people with a sight impairment over 55.

Car parking on-site is available at the front and rear of the building and under CCTV surveillance.

In all of our Retirement Living schemes we have a Retirement Living Manager on hand to manage the day-to-day running of the scheme and to be there to offer advice, guidance and support with things such as money management or tenancy advice (hours will vary depending on location).

You will be able to live totally independently within your own home, but with the comfort of knowing that you can talk to a member of our team should you need to.
