Homeowners, we’re excited to introduce our dedicated Homeownership focus group webpage! This page is all about transparency and action, and to share with you how your feedback is making a difference to the services we provide.

We know that listening and learning from your lived experiences helps us make positive changes to the services we provide.

The Homeownership focus group is made up of homeowners and residents who meet online via Microsoft Teams on a quarterly basis. During these sessions, we hear about how they would like us to improve our services and answer any questions they may have.

How we acted on the feedback from the focus group in 2025

You said, we did – here’s just a few ways in which your feedback has helped us change and improve our services for the better:

  • The focus group suggested an additional welcome pack that could work alongside the leaseholder handbook to summarise key information. This is now available on our website.
  • You told us you’d like tips on staircasing in future editions of the newsletter. We’ve made sure to include this in the newsletters and have also partnered with Stairpay.
  • You asked us to be more proactive in our communication. We’ve been out and about attending community days, doing site visits and offering homeowner visits.
  • We asked our homeowners to offer their thoughts on new or updated policies and procedures, including shared ownership resales.

Our next Homeownership focus group will be held on Tuesday 10 February 2025 from 5.30pm-7pm (subject to change). Updates from that session will be posted here.
