Who do I contact about my property/where I live?
If your enquiry relates to a repair, please report this directly to our Customer Hub on 0345 60 20 540.
For all other enquiries you can be supported by our dedicated Housing Advice Team (HAT). If you call 0345 60 20 540 and ask for the Housing Advice Team, please. They are best placed to help in the first instance as our Estates Officers (Leasehold) may be out and about on their patch. Should your query be a little more complex it will be passed to the Estates Officers (Leasehold) by the HAT and they will respond to your query as soon as they can.
If you are looking to sell your property, please contact the Resales Officer(s) via email on resales@midlandheart.org.uk.
Right to Buy and Right to enquire queries can also be directed to this email address.
