We're hosting monthly online drop in sessions for all our tenants interested in becoming an Involved Tenant, a chance to ask us questions on what you're interested in.

There's no commitment - simply join in whenever you want to find out more!

These sessions will be held, once a month at 10am for half an hour.

How do I join the call

Our Tenant Scrutiny team will email you a link to join the meeting online, this will be sent over a day before the drop in session and a reminder will be sent a week before.

If it's your first time using Teams and you're unsure on how to join the call, follow the steps shared here on how to join from any device.

Do I need a camera/microphone

It would be great to see you on camera but if you don't feel comfortable, it's completely optional so you can keep your camera turned off.

Preferably we'd like to hear you if possible - all phones, tablet devices and laptops have built-in microphones so you don't have to use anything fancy.

If however you don't want to speak, there will be a chat function available on Teams so you can type and send in your questions and we'd be happy to help!

How long do I have to join

It's totally up to you! You can join the session, ask your question and leave once you've got your answer, or you can stay for the full 30 minutes.

Will my feedback really make a difference

Yes it will - listening to your feedback is the best way for us to improve our services.

Don't just take our word for it, you can view the projects our Involved Tenants have taken part in, read their recommendations/feedback and view the actions we've taken to implement the feedback.
