Project brief
To provide assurance that we meet the requirements of the building safety regulator when engaging with our tenants on building safety matters. This scrutiny project will review and examine how well informed our tenants are around building safety.
Recommendations
- To review ways in which we can improve tenant understanding and expectations of our Building Safety Team
- To investigate the benefits of implementing digital boards at in-scope buildings
- Introduce a process for tracking and monitoring local engagement taking place in relation to building safety
- To reflect on how our approach to tenant engagement from in- scope buildings can be replicated across our wider portfolio
